While clashing with a dangerous monster in a world far away, Wan Jinju loses his consciousness only to wake up someplace else where the only memory he has remaining is of his name and identity as a human - that, too, because of a tag engraved in runes on his holding cell. Trapped inside a prison! Not as one of the heroes, but as an experiment specimen? Miraculously, an unfamiliar band of adventurers happened to be raiding that exact place - giving Jinju a chance to encounter some of his own race kin.
