Retarded Reincarnation

Liandro is confronted by the angel of reincarnation when he was about to poison his neighbor's dog. He fights the angel to avoid being reincarnated but his efforts were in vain. He gets reincarnated into a grounded fantasy world which is almost unlivable. His misfortune followed him to his next life to make things worse. Will Liandro be able to escape his retarded fate that is full of misfortune and near death situations? - I don't think so. - Probably not
